Senior 3D Artist

Should model, texture, rig, animate 3D assets and integrate meshes in Unity game engine. Should be proficient with lighting and rendering of 3D props/models and converting it to 2d assets. Should illustrate and develop concepts (sketch, drawing, etc.) to support production. Should create in-game 3D assets, following the art style and technical constraints. Should interpret concept art, understand art direction, and work within the overall game style. Should have minimum 6-8 years of experience in the gaming industry Should have expert knowledge of Unity3D including assets optimisation along with knowledge of Autodesk Max / Maya.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Model, texture, rig, animate 3D assets and integrate meshes in Unity game engine.
  • Lighting and rendering of 3D props/models and convert it to a 2d assets.
  • Illustrate and develop concepts (sketch, drawing, etc.) to support production.
  • Optimised game assets for higher performance and to reduce file size
  • Create in-game 3D assets, following the art style and technical constraints.
  • Interpret concept art, understand art direction, and work within the overall game style.
  • Collaborate in a team environment with other artists, programmers, and designers.
  • Provide accurate time estimates for tasks and meet production deadlines.

Experience And Qualifications:

  • Minimum 6-8 years of experience in the gaming industry.
  • Expert knowledge of Unity3D including assets optimisation.
  • Strong knowledge of Autodesk Max / Maya and Spine.
  • Strong knowledge of rigging, animation.
  • Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, 3DS Max, and Blender is a plus.
  • Background in Traditional and Digital Art.
  • Fluent spoken and written English.
  • A strong portfolio showing 3D artwork and demonstrating a high degree of creativity.
  • Creative leadership and excellent communication skills.
  • Passion for games is a must.
