Product Manager

Build the product roadmap that will cover the development and launch of new games/products, write specifications, work across different teams like art, design and development. Handle end-to-end ownership of the product, analysing product performance and redesigning as required. Write specifications, analyse metrics, and drive business results. Manage prioritization and trade-offs among customer experience, technical constraints, business drivers, performance and post-launch support. Should have an overall experience of 7 years into product management with minimum experience of 3 years in the gaming industry.

Game Designer/Senior Game Designer

Be responsible for new features, events and content creation, economy management and game balancing. Work collaboratively with other designers and cross-functionally with UX, engineering and producer on the design and implementation of new game features. Lead game design for multi-platform games like Social games, iPhone, Android, PC/ Mac. Design all aspects of game mechanics including entertainment, pacing, user interface of each game and player communication. Hands on experience of 4 to 10 years in designing games and good experience working on F2P games.

Game Producer/Senior Game Producer

Take care of the whole product lifecycle starting from product conceptualization, creation of product roadmap & strategy, incorporating best practices in production & continuous improvements. Be responsible for assembling and managing a team of engineers, designers, and artists along with outlining, scheduling, and tracking tasks. Make sure the project is headed in the right direction. Analyse data and make recommendations on new features to help acquire, retain, and monetize users. Game Producer should have 5+ years of relevant experience. Senior Game Producer should have 8+ years of relevant experience.

Senior 2D Artist

Should be able to create concepts, environments/ BG & gameplay objects. Should have a strong portfolio demonstrating digital painting and illustration skills for game assets, BG and concept. Should have at least 8+ years of relevant experience at Mobile /video game development studio/s. Should have a strong understanding of composition, colour, lighting, perspective UX, and UI. Should be an experienced user of Adobe products like Photoshop. Illustrator etc. Should have an understanding of Unity3D’s pipeline for asset integration Should have a proven aesthetic eye, Detail sensitivity, and strong design sensibilities.

Senior 3D Artist

Should model, texture, rig, animate 3D assets and integrate meshes in Unity game engine. Should be proficient with lighting and rendering of 3D props/models and converting it to 2d assets. Should illustrate and develop concepts (sketch, drawing, etc.) to support production. Should create in-game 3D assets, following the art style and technical constraints. Should interpret concept art, understand art direction, and work within the overall game style. Should have minimum 6-8 years of experience in the gaming industry Should have expert knowledge of Unity3D including assets optimisation along with knowledge of Autodesk Max / Maya.

Senior Node JS Developer

Should have strong knowledge of Node.js and frameworks available for it. Expertise in scalable Rest API design and development. Experience working in NoSQL database like MongoDB. Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git. Good to have knowledge of Redis/ElasticSearch/Kafka. Should have an experience of 4+ years in the mobile gaming industry.

User Acquisition (UA) Manager

Plan, execute, and analyze user acquisition campaigns across performance UA channels. Optimize campaigns based on ROAS and LTV Create and implement innovative marketing strategies and use marketing tools to implement various campaigns. Discuss with game teams about the results and planned actions Communicate clearly to management the plans, status, challenges to meeting objectives. Should have an experience of 4-7 years in the gaming industry.
